Adeboye A. Adewoyin, CEO

Adeboye is an Accredited Management Trainer, Strategy and Financial Consultant. A former Managing Director of Intercontinental Securities Limited, he is a financial planning and investment analyst, manager, and chartered stockbroker with over 20 years experience in manufacturing, banking, and capital markets. He had a stint with manufacturing at British Eveready Company before joining Societe Generale Bank where he worked extensively in Risk Management and later as Branch Credit and Marketing Manager. In 1999, he joined Intercontinental Bank Corporate Banking Group and left in 2000 to diversify into Capital Markets and developed the Wealth Management business at Intercontinental Securities Limited.

He had acquired industry experience in staff training, project finance, risk management and restructuring in varied lending situations as well as in investment portfolio management. He had managed projects in oil and gas, hospitality and recreation, haulage, commerce, dredging and marine transport. Adeboye had been involved in corporate strategy, wealth management, business re- engineering and capacity building projects. He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration [Finance and Accounting]. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers in Nigeria.

Adeboye had participated in several foreign and local training conferences and programmes. These includes extensive strategic risk management training at the Risk Analytics LLC programme in the United States of America and Advanced Financial/Credit Analysis and Syndicated Lending Techniques at Moodys Risk Management [UK]. He also attended several investment programmes of the Nigerian Stock Exchange at Orlando and Tampa [Florida], Nashville [Kentucky] and Houston [Texas] USA; and at various times the Trade Finance Solutions programme of the US-Exim Bank.

Kayode Oyedeji

B.Sc, MSc [Economics and Finance] - Strategy and Planning.

Kayode deploys unique skills in strategy and planning. He is an economics graduate of the University of Lagos and had worked at investment analysis for the Financial Standard newspaper. He was the Head of Research and Planning at Intercontinental Securities Limited from where he proceeded to obtain a Masters Degree in Finance at the Portsmouth Business School, UK. Kayode is an experienced investment analyst and had been involved in several financial publications.

Stanley Ohenhen

Associate Consultant/Training Services Manager.

Stanley is an expert in leadership, management and marketing communications development, training and consulting and has well over 20 years of working experience at management, and CEO level. A Stress Management expert also, he had conducted, and led consortium of faculties in several human capital development projects (in consulting and training), across several industries, and management levels.

Stanley holds a Masters Degree in Theatre Arts Management and Administration of the University of Ibadan; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree also in Theatres Arts, (Benin). He is a Ph.D candidate of the University of Ibadan, specialising in Arts Management and Administration. With a professional Certificate and Diploma in Public Relations, Stanley is also an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR).

Adetomokun Olusola Moses

AAT, HND, ACIP, MBA – Analyst

Olusola graduated from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration [Finance]. He had accumulated valuable experience in manufacturing and capital markets as an accounts officer and portfolio analyst respectively. He was a portfolio manager and research associate at Intercontinental Securities Limited before joining Staad Capital Limited.

Michael Dahunsi Babalola

B.Sc, PGD, MMP, AMT – Associate Consultant

Mr. Babalola had a B.sc. in Chemistry, Post Graduate Diploma [PGD] in Management and a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology [MMP]. He had acquired practical experience in customer service, sales, administration, and training having worked in Multichoice Nigeria Ltd, Societe Generale Bank, Headstone Nigeria Ltd, Strategic Outsourcing Limited, Cesc & Fabs Ltd, Tom Associates and Essential Management consulting firm.

Babalola was the pioneer chief operating officer of Cesc & Fabs Ltd where he led the company to assist Apapa Local Government increase its internally generated revenue by 45% within the first year of engagement; and was the head of training and development at Burs Logistics Limited leading periodic open programmes for individuals and in-plant training for banks. He had trained direct sales executives for banks like Diamond, UBA Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc and Afribank Plc.

He is a full member of the Institute of Strategic Management [MSM], and an Accredited Management Trainer [CMD].

• Ven. Adelowo Adesina
  
  Ven. Adelowo is a Social Administration graduate of Loughbrough University, Leicestershire, England. He is a Certified Trainer, Mentor and ALE [Adult Learning Experience] Practitioner and has featured as Coach, Counsellor, Facilitator and Trainer for government ministries and parastatals, corporate organisations, training and consultancy firms, professional bodies, NGO’s and higher institutions.
  
  He is an acknowledged Business Coach and Trainer for SMEDAN [Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria].
• Dr Kehinde Osotimehin – Bsc, Msc, PhD.
  
  Dr Osotimehin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Accounting, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife.
  
  He is an operations, marketing and project management expert with an array of research publications and consultancy projects with federal and state governments in Oyo, Ondo, Osun and Lagos; as well as institutions including NOUN [National Open University of Nigeria], National Communications Commission [NCC], the World Bank, DFID [UK Department for International Development], and UNESCO.
• Olaolu Olabimtan - B.Sc, MBA, FCA, FCIT, AMT
  
  

  Olaolu graduated from the University of Lagos where he studied Accounting in 1988.

  He went on to obtain an MBA in the same institution and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria. A widely practised auditor and chartered accountant spanning diverse sectors of the economy, he had also accumulated financial service experience in commercial and merchant banking before setting up in private practice.

  Olaolu is an Accredited Management Trainer and business consultant.
